Online support via remote maintenance

Use DeskShare (4.8.2) or TeamViewer for a free remote maintenance. SOFTWEAVER will take access to one of your computers to support you with all issues. A complete software installation is not necessary. It is sufficient to run one of the applications.

Click on one of the two buttons to start the remote maintenance guest module. The download starts automatically. If you are using WIN 8.1 or MS Server 2012 or higher, please use TeamViewer QS 11 (QuickSupport).

    Software security

    While connecting via a remote maintenance software, a dynamic password or a PIN No. is generated. Important additional functions such as the data transfer require an additional user confirmation.

    TeamViewer Traffic is secured using RSA public/private key exchange and AES (256 bit) session encryption.This technology is used in a comparable form for https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today’s standards.
